By participating in the competition, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation and the responsibility for the content.

4. Who can take part?
Participation is free and every natural person is allowed. An Instagram account is required. For underage participants, seekr requires the consent of the legal guardian. Participation requires the truthful entry of the relevant data. Competition associations and automated competition services are not eligible to participate. Multiple participations are not counted.

5. Who will be excluded from participation?
seekr is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as B. violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Seekr employees and the companies involved are not allowed to take part in this competition. The judges' decision is final.

6. How are the winners determined?
Seekr will determine the winners from all participants in an independent lottery procedure no later than September 15, 2020.

If a winner does not contact seekr within 2 days of being notified of the prize, the prize is forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from among the eligible participants. The same applies in the event that a winner provides incorrect contact details and it is therefore not possible to send or hand over the prize.

seekr reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.
